Is Turtlebox waterproof?

• Turtlebox has an IP67 Water Ingress Protection Rating meaning it's completely sealed from water and dust. You can throw Turtlebox in a pool, drop it in a lake, wash it off with a jet hose, and it’ll still play loud and clear.
• Always keep the port cover closed around water.
• Do NOT allow your speaker to be exposed to any water or moisture while it is being charged or while it is plugged into a power outlet. Doing so can raise the risk of electric shock and also cause damage to your speaker.
• If the speaker is exposed to saltwater, wash it off with fresh water after use. Treat it like a nice fishing reel.

Can I use another charger to charge my Turtlebox?

• It takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to fully charge the Turtlebox from 0% to 100%.

Charging your device using your Turtlebox speaker

• To charge your device using your Turtlebox speaker you'll need to have a USB-C compatible charger. Plug the USB-C into the OUT charging port and connect it to your device. The Turtlebox charges iPhones and other devices.  To our knowledge, the only devices it will not charge are Android Pixel 4 and Pixel 6. Larger devices like iPads and laptops won't charge.

How do I pair my two speakers together?

• Pair your phone to the first Turtlebox.
• Make sure the second Turtlebox is not paired to another phone, the Bluetooth button should be blinking.
• Push 2BT button on the first Turtlebox. When two Turtleboxes successfully pair, you’ll hear a sound indication and both boxes will show a solid 2BT.
• Note: The Turtlebox with both the 1BT and 2BT lights solid blue is the primary. The satellite Turtlebox will show the 1BT unlit, and 2BT solid blue. Keep your phone within clear range of the primary Turtlebox.
