Turtlebox offers a 30-day money back guarantee on our speakers.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply start a return HERE, no questions asked. Returns must be processed through the original point of purchase.

If returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
