Q: Does the Original Gen 2 pair with my Original Gen 3 speaker?

A: No, the Gen 2 does NOT pair with the Gen 3. Gen 3 features Party Mode, which allows users to pair an infinite number of Gen 3’s, Rangers, & Grandes together for an unbeatable surround sound experience (FYI: Party mode does NOT work with the Gen 2’s).

Q: Can I connect multiple Original Gen 2 speakers?

A: Yes, with TWS (true wireless stereo), you can pair two Gen 2’s in classic Left/Right Stereo Mode.

Q: Does the Original Gen 2 float?

A: Yes, the Original Gen 2 floats!

Q: Is the Original Gen 2 waterproof?

A: Yes, the Original Gen 2 has an IP-67 Water Ingress Protection Rating meaning it's completely waterproof (fresh & saltwater) and submersible up to the 3 feet for 30 minutes.

Always keep the port cover closed around water.
Do NOT allow your speaker to be exposed to any water or moisture while it is being charged or while it is plugged into a power outlet. Doing so can raise the risk of electric shock and also cause damage to your speaker.
If the speaker is exposed to saltwater, wash it off with fresh water after use.

Q: Can I charge my device through the Original Gen 2?

A: Yes! In order to charge your device using your Turtlebox you'll need to have a USB-C compatible charger. Plug the USB-C into the out charging port and connect it to your device.

Unfortunately, our Original Gen 2 speakers are not equipped to directly charge the iPhone 15 or the new iPads, as Apple has transitioned these devices to charge only at a specific voltage. However, we have a specific adapter, that converts our Original speaker charging to the correct voltage to charge the iPhone 15 and the new iPads. Additionally, you may need a USB-A to USB-C cable, as the adapter converts our USB-C charge-out port to a USB-A charge-out port.

Done good on my boys week!

Pumped my turtle for hours and hours of the best sound. Found myself staying up way too late just to hear more! Got my good buds to stay up too just because it was so loud! Fiddle and a banjo really rip on the turtle!
