I used to be a die hard for turtle box but that has changed, I bought my speaker about a year and a half ago it worked great and I took very good care of it, but randomly it stopped charging so I got a new charger and that didn’t work so now I’ve wasted almost $500 on a product that doesn’t even last that long definitely never buying another turtle box, I looked it up and a lot of people have had the same problem as me only after a year or two of owning a turtle box, I DO NOT recommend a turtle box to anyone!!!

Just what I needed

Thank you for sending the charger. It came in the mail very quickly.. It works perfectly. I found other chargers in my house that fit, but it never charged the box. It would just blink green on the same level…
But soon as I put the original turtle box charger, and it was charged in less than an hour I feel relieved that I can use the speaker without worrying now. Thank you.
