I've been trying for weeks now to purchase a charger for my Gen 3 Turtlebox that didn't come with a charger. I ordered this because it was the only option on the website but it does not work for my Turtlebox. I've tried calling the help line and the number provided in this email, both send me to voicemail which I have left multiple messages. Guys..... I just need a charger. I bought a $450 speaker and can't charge it. C'mon.

ANot your fault but the wrong charger was sent or ordered the one I received was much smaller

Because you have to use a turtlebox brand charger, I thought I was buying the right one. Took a few weeks for it to show up and turns out its the wrong charger.
