JOB | Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. As Warehouse Associates, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe working

1. Responsibilities

- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments accurately and securely.
- Ensure shipments are labeled correctly and documentation is complete.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and deliveries.

2. Warehouse Organization and Maintenance

- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.

3. Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or operational issues.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement process improvements.

4. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, production, and customer service.
- Assist in training and onboarding new warehouse staff, as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks (if required).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as necessary.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a warehouse environment.
