Position Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and passionate Events Staff member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for the outdoors and an eagerness to represent our company at various events. While this role is tailored for new graduates or those with minimal work experience, the responsibilities are crucial to our brand and reputation.

Responsibilities

1. Travel & On-Site Execution

Able to travel 2-3 weeks per month to represent the company at different events.

2. Sales & Engagement

Engage with potential clients and customers during events. Use your experience with in-person sales to effectively promote our offerings.

3. Vehicle & Equipment Management

Safely transport, handle, and manage company vehicles and equipment. Ensure all assets are maintained in good condition and returned promptly after each event.

4. Rapid Environment Adaptation

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands during events. Attention to Detail: Ensure all event details, setups, and procedures are executed flawlessly.

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the team to ensure all events are successful and feedback is communicated for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Based in Houston or the greater Houston area.
• A genuine passion for the outdoors and the product.
• Trustworthy and responsible; this role involves driving on behalf of the company and managing company assets.
• Experience with in-person sales, or a keen interest to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
