RECIPE: Scallop Ceviche

 

A recipe from ambassador Victoria Loomis

Ingredients:

Fresh bay scallops

1/3 -1/2 c fresh squeezed lime juice

1 tsp salt

5 strawberries (diced)

1/2 red onion (small diced)

1/2 red bell pepper (small diced)

Tajin (season to taste) 

Gently stir
