Yes. Every Turtlebox speaker is rated IP-67 waterproof and marine-grade certified, meaning it can be fully submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. In plain terms: rain, saltwater, and accidental dunks are no problem. Just make sure the charging port is fully sealed when you’re around water.
If the speaker is exposed to saltwater, wash it off with fresh water after use.
The Turtlebox Cub speaker, Turtlebox Original speaker, and Turtlebox Grande speaker are all buoyant and will float if they go overboard. The Turtlebox Ranger speaker does not float.
